SPECIAL PRICING EXCLUSIVELY FOR ECI MEMBERS PENNY PRESS MINT is the only known producer of encased coins world wide. We are striking round casements in aluminum, bronze* and copper* for cents, nickels, dimes, quarters, half dollars and small dollars for both U.S. and Canadian coins. Our dies have a lifetime warranty. Should one break or simply wear out, we will replace it at our expense. (*Not available in all sizes and will be priced per order due to the ever fluctuating metals market.) PENNY PRESS MINT is pleased to make this special offer to our fellow ECI members who order personal or business encased coins. You furnish the coins and we will design for you a personalized obverse die and supply you with 300 brand new encased coins for $405.00 in aluminum casements plus $12.50 shipping in the U.S., $28.00 Canada. If encasing half dollars add $30.00 to the above total. If desired, copper and brass casements will be priced upon request. International shipping charges will vary. Encased dollar coins have a minimum order of only 100 pieces. There is no added cost for using any of our standard reverse dies; however, should a custom reverse die be required, the cost is $225.00. Also, when you wish to order additional pieces at a later date using the same die and aluminum casement combination, we will strike a 200 piece minimum order for $120.00 or $140.00 for half dollars. Postal insurance is recommended and is available for an additional $5.20 on 300 piece orders. Neither PPM nor ECI will assume any responsibility for safe delivery of an uninsured package. These offers are valid only to ECI members. All orders and inquiries must be placed through the ECI Store: attention Jerry Ferrell. Orders received otherwise will be billed at our regular list price with NO discounts. It pays to be an ECI member.

A Message From Kelly When an order is placed with PPM through ECI, we will generate a computer assisted design for the needed die(s). The completed artwork will be emailed to Jerry who will in turn forward it to the one commissioning the encased coin along with instructions as how to proceed. The following examples have successfully completed that process. Once the design has been approved as presented or modifications made as required, the die(s) will be cut and shipped to another firm to be hardened. These steps usually takes 10 to 15 days depending upon the time spent finalizing the design. Once the die(s) have been returned to us we normally can ship the completed order within three to four weeks via Priority Mail. There will be times when this schedule can not be strictly adhered to because of the volume of business at hand. We will always inform the prospective customer if we foresee a longer production time than usual. Larger than average orders must allow for extended production time. The best bet is to allow at least 6 to 8 weeks from start to finish for an average size order. Re-orders using existing dies will usually be shipped within 14 working days. When an order is for a style of encasement that is not currently in our catalogue is agreed upon, additional time is required as we tool up and inventory the new blanks. The average is usually 60-90 days to complete a new style encasement order, depending upon the arrival of parts and design approval. We will not accept an order for a specialty die if it proves to too expensive to tool up for or if we believe it to be of limited appeal for future use. We retain the right to refuse any order that we deem to be outside the boundary's of our business model or if the time constraints appear not to be doable. Payment and the coins to be encased are to be sent to us in the same package. Using insured Priority Mail is highly recommended. We assume no responsibility for safe delivery or receipt of uninsured packages. We will await receipt of payment before we cut the die(s). NOTICE: If a custom made die has an error in design, wording or misspelling and is approved by the one who commissioned the piece, PPM will assume that die is satisfactory and is approved for use. If encased are struck with said die only to be found at a later date that errors exist, PPM or ECI will assume NO responsibility in re-striking the order. "Please review the artwork carefully." Kelly
